Extra Nice Fund - Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the It's Nice That "Extra Nice Fund" Grant (the "Extra Nice Fund"). You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you submit an application for the Extra Nice Fund. The promoter of the Extra Nice Fund is It's Nice That Limited whose registered office is at Unit 1, 25 Downham Road, London, England, N1 5AA (the "Promoter").

Opening and closing dates, eligibility
1. The Extra Nice Fund will open for applications at or around noon on 8th November and close at noon on 19 December 2021 (the "Application Period").
2. The Extra Nice Fund is open to individuals who:
(a) are aged 16 years or over and
(b) consider themselves to be a member of an under-represented group or marginalised community, at the time of submitting an application for the Extra Nice Fund.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any applicant. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold any Grant or the opportunity for an applicant to continue into later stages of the application process until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
4. No purchase is required to submit an application or to participate in the Extra Nice Fund.
5. The Extra Nice Fund is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or anyone else professionally connected with the Extra Nice Fund.
6. Internet access is required to submit an application for the Extra Nice Fund.
Applications
7. To apply for the Extra Nice Fund, applicants must complete and submit the application form available here (the "Application Form").
8. Applicants must provide all of the information requested in the Application Form, which will include the following:
(a) contact details (including full name, address, email address and telephone number);
(b) date of birth and confirmation that the applicant is aged 16 or over;
(c) pronouns;
(d) self-defined ethnicity;
(e) a description of the specific project the applicant is seeking funding for ("Project"), in accordance with the questions specified on the Application Form, which may include, but is not limited to:
(i) what the Project comprises;
(ii) how the applicant intends to invest/spend the money;
(iii) what the potential impact of the Project is and how it may increase diversity in the creative community;
(iv) previous projects the applicant has carried out which have achieved greater diversity in the creative community;
(v) links to any previous press or interviews conducted in respect of the previous project detailed at (iv);
(vi) links to the applicant's portfolio or website or a short personal statement;
(f) other specific questions about the Project.
(g) Applicants will also be asked to confirm that, if awarded the Grant, they will deliver the Project within six to nine (6-9) months of being awarded the Grant.
